About Taymor
Our History
Taymor’s roots go back to 1948, when Jake Zalkow saw the need for a company that could meet the product requirements of both hardware stores and residential builders. In the postwar boom, the company flourished as it honed its product mix.More than 60 years later, Taymor is still a family business that remains committed to the vision of our founder.
From warehouse workers to senior management, we still remain strongly focused on superior customer service and the importance of adding profit and value for our customers. Today, Taymor is an industry leader providing more than 7000 decorative and hardware skus to the North American construction and home improvement industries.
Our Pearl bathware collection and European towel shelves are featured on Lakeside House a project by Glen Peloso.
