Inside Sales Representative

A glimpse of what Inside Sales does:

  • We focus on Opportunity Management by providing sales support for Taymor Sales Reps and Independent Rep Agencies including (but not limited to) point person for all quote requests and quote generation responsibilities, responding to sales inquiries, and developing Sales tools and presentations
  • We are our CRM (PSA) super-users, meaning we:
  • Manage and cultivate the PSA system
  • Determine follow up target lists for Sales Reps/Independent Reps and delegate as appropriate
  • Utilize PSA ecosystem reports to uncover new targets
  • Delivery & Support is anything but standard, we strive to understand our customer needs and to ensure that their every experience and touchpoint with us makes their lives easier.  With a view to the long term, we earn our customers’ trust and loyalty with each and every interaction, building relationships that create Taymor ambassadors. This includes responsibilities such as customer training and creating sales reports.
  • We enhance Relationship Management by communicating market knowledge insights back into Taymor, being the liaison between marketing and sales, and identifying new accounts to target using our establish.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL AT TAYMOR

  • Results Driven…aka a sales hunter
  • Enthusiastic about using CRM software (PSA) as a strategic tool with ability to become a super-user
  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of Taymor products (technical knowledge) AND our value proposition
  • Effective communicator with ability to understand others’ underlying needs and motivation, read cues from others and tailor content and style as needed
  • Is inherently responsive to customers (internal or external) & delivers the value to meet customer expectations
